At ELYSVRA, we want you to feel confident with your purchase.

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, shapewear that has been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or shows signs of use cannot be returned.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after your request is reviewed.

Unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
