To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, shapewear that has been worn, washed, stained, damaged or otherwise shows signs of use cannot be returned.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and clear photographs of the item.
Customers must contact us before returning a product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Unless an item received was incorrect, damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
